...but this is not too bad. I love AF. Especially since I was a small kid and they were flying the Concorde in their red, white and blue livery.

This seems like a reasonable path forward, but I have to take exception to the bailout conditions that essentially limits them to buying only Airbus aircraft. I’m not a fan of one airframe manufacturer over another, but I dislike the idea of hampering the ability for a company to choose the best aircraft for its fleet as this will just lead to more problems down the line. If an airplane isn’t a good fit for the carrier it’s not going to be economically feasible and will just bring up the same problems at a later time, but I guess that’s just modern political thinking worldwide - a quick fix now and let's not think about the future...

I’m almost certain that it’s agains t the European law to force a company to buy (or not to buy) from another company without any good reason (like a security reason)
